A part row (<pr>) may
contain one or more Part columns
(<pd>) which are layed out
side by side horizontally. The longest running column
will control the height of the row. The next row will
be continuous from that vertical page position.
Note that any attribute setting below may only use constant expressions or an query column reference from Independent queries. An environment variable (since it can't - or shouldn't - change during the report execution) is considered constant. See Expressions. This allows external control for the attributes in question.
The layout attribute exists only
for RLIB compatibility, it's ignored.
It accepts two values: flow and
fixed.

The newpage attribute controls
whether the part row starts from the point where
the previous row in the same part ended, or it
should start on a new page.

Default value is no
Report rows may be suppressed.
<pr suppress="yes">
Default value is false,
i.e. no suppression.
